Main Duties:
1- Operations – Front of the house:
1.1 Greet guests when entering or leaving the restaurant.
1.2 Introducing and explaining the menu items to the guests.
1.3 Up-selling products, make menu recommendations and introduce new products.
1.4 Handle cash transactions with customers and issue receipts.
1.5 Communicate with the back of the house to receive and explain orders.
1.6 Serving the food to the guest’s tables and greet them.
1.7 Ensure that continuous high service is provided during the course of the meal.
1.8 Solving minor complaints of the guest and ensure guest’s satisfaction.
1.9 Visiting table and asking the guest for feedback (verbally/comments cards).
1.10 Assuring that the condiments are always backed up.
2- General
2.1 Master at least 2 stations in the back of the house. “stations description attached”.
2.2 Report to ‘Restaurant Supervisor’ for any problem or feedback from colleagues or guests.
2.3 Follow Elevation Burger standards of operations (SOP) at all times.
2.4 Meet proper personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
2.5 Prepare your work station for the business day.
2.6 Cleaning each and every area in the restaurant.
2.7 Always communicate with guests and colleagues in English.
