Customer Service Representatives MEA Resource Solutions

Customer Service Representatives (20) –Only English and Arabic speakers

Required skills and experience:

Excellent Arabic and English (both) spoken and written communication skills
Should be presentable and have the ability to converse at length 
Ability to convert an incoming inquiry into sales. 
Relevant experience in the travel industry will be an advantage
Proficient in MS office with good typing skills 

24/7 shift timings
Must be flexible to work in variable shifts including night shifts and public holidays
Available to start immediately
Salary Package: AED 7,000 + (all inclusive)
