Walk-in Today (May 12, 2016) Lady Admin Coordinator

Lady Admin Coordinator- Walk-In interview on 12 May 16 from 9 am to 11 am

Qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation and HACCP certification( Only ladies on Husband Visa/Father Visa need to Apply)

Salary-Aed 2000/- after Probation Aed 500/- will be increased
Job Location- Alqouz ( Initial Training will be in Aweer/International city/DIP)





  • Drive HACCP and quality related activities at warehouse.
  • Proper documentation as required by the HACCP policy of the company.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers for HACCP and related documentation
  • Training all related staffs on HACCP norms, importance and activities
  • Ensure Goods Received entry are done on time and with accuracy
  • Compare the goods received report with shipment PO and shipment documentation.
  • Ensure Stock taking as per the schedule given by Inventory department and forwarding the same to Stock Auditor.
  • Responsible for conducting perpetual inventory, managing storage locations and communicating it to MIS Team.
  • Responsible for processing scarping of goods in SAP for Samples sent,Goods sent for Lab Test, etc.
  • Responsible for proper documentation of Goods Received, Samples Sent.
